Shopping with eBoutik.net

You can order products displayed on this website solely on-line.
If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

Prices
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money that you have paid.
The prices on our website will remain valid until such time as we decide to alter them.
You will be notified of shipping costs automatically before you submit your credit card details

Payment
You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard via our Caisse d'Epargne (SPPLUS System) or Paypal Gateway. We will also accept bank transfers payments. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.
The prices displayed on our website are in Euros but you may use our "currency converter" to estimate the price of goods in other currencies. The "currency converter" is based on the current exchange rate against the ounce of gold.
Eboutik reserve the right to ask for further information to the customer (copy of an ID card, proof of address ...) in the case of order exceeding the 150€ total value.

Packaging

Unless mentionned on the product description, our jewellery items are sold without a display. However, each order of more than 12€ will be carefully wrapped into silk paper and put into a small organza. The colour of this pouch may varie depending on the time of the year.
For all orders containing several jewellery items which are each of a value of more than 12€, each of the articles will be packaged into a separate pouch.
All of our items are carefully packaged using bubble wrap before to be put into their final expedition box.
We are taking great care to insure that no damage will occur during transport.
To avoid any temptations, our expedition boxes do not display any external distinctive signs.
