• All orders outside of Europe as well as orders including more heavy and bulky items inside of Europe follow the previous rule for calculation of the shipping rates.
• Orders placed after 12:00pm friday will be processed next monday morning. For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the adress is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO box.
• eBoutik.net cannot be held responsible for the possible loss of your order during its delivery process toward the destination address you provided. eBoutik.net responsability cease as soon a the articles have been passed on to the carrier. The articles travels at the own customer risk. In the case that recorded delivery was chosen by the customer, any loss of the articles is insured and will be refunded to the customer.

Returns

We try to make sure your order is properly packed and shipped to your destination. Nevertheless, there are situations, where the shipment might get altered or damaged due to natural or human causes. The following regulations will guide you through some of our shipping and return policy:

• We hope that your order will be just what you wanted. But if you change your mind about our products you can return your order within 7 days for an exchange or refund. However please ensure that you have contacted us before any return is made.
• Please remember that the colours of the jewellery displayed on the website may slightly differ from the colours of the actual jewellery as computers and cameras cannot always portray the correct colour. Please read carefully each product description to avoid confusions. Also some handcrafted items might slightly differ from their pictures.
• We are sorry, but for hygiene reasons, earrings or nose stud cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• If the size of the jewellery is not what you expected, our returns policy enable you to return it.
• Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging) to receive your money back or an item in exchange of the equivalent value if you so wish.
• Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable
• Goods are returned at your own cost.
• Please do not send us any Returns without contacting us first.
• We will write to confirm you when your exchange or refund has been processed (please allow 2 to 3 weeks depending on your initial payment method) .
